- Our warranty only covers items purchased from alto.Ltd authorized dealer and online platform. Alto.Ltd never authorized individual sales representative. To ensure your rights, make sure you keep the receipt after purchase.
- The warranty procedure will be handled by Alto.Ltd, to ensure the best quality of warranty. If your item was purchased from an authorized dealer, please bring your receipt and item to the authorized dealer for warranty repair.
- We insist to use natural genuine leather for our products. Each item may have unique natural marks and color tone. All products are subject to the material used.
- Our warranty coverage is LIMITED to Taiwan and its outlying islands. If you are outside of Taiwan, please refer to Terms of Service.
Alto.Ltd offers a lifetime warranty on all alto products. An additional repair fee may be required (depending on product’s status).
- If a defect arises during the warranty period, and the defect is diagnosed as a quality issue, Alto will exchange the item for a new product or repair the item at no charge. If the item is damaged by accident, abuse, modification or other causes, there will be an additional repair fee.
- Free warranty period: 6 months from the date of original purchase.
- After the 6 months warranty period, products with normal wear and tear will be charged an NT$300-600 repair fee. Alto.Ltd reserves the right to reject a repair service.
Alto Ltd. is Not Responsible and This Warranty does not apply if your product:
- is damaged by any external cause, such as physical abused or misuse.
- is cosmetically damaged due to improper care by the user.
- has its leather fade or change color naturally.
- is defective due to any modification, alteration, repair or service by the user or a third party other than alto.Ltd.
- Please note, any service of a product by anyone other than alto.Ltd is not under warranty coverage. Any product sold by a non Alto.Ltd authorized channel, platform, or dealer is not under our warranty coverage.
